Everything below matches the rates charged at checkout and our published shipping and delivery policy, which is the authoritative version if the two ever differ.

Add the dispatch window to these figures: we post within two business days, and the Australia Post clock starts from there. Public holidays and peak periods such as December affect the network nationwide, and we cannot shorten a transit time once a parcel is with the carrier.
How your cards are packed
- Singles are sleeved and shipped in rigid protection.
- Sealed product is packed to keep the box intact in transit; cosmetic damage that already exists is stated in the listing title.
- Graded slabs are packed to prevent movement inside the parcel.
- Parcels are unbranded on the outside where the packaging allows it.
Tracking and delivery attempts
Australia Post Standard and Express are both tracked. If nobody is home, Australia Post follows its usual process — safe drop where permitted, or a card to collect from your local outlet. Adding signature on delivery for A$3 means the parcel will not be left unattended, which is worth it for higher-value sealed product.
Returns, damage and missing parcels
Our refund and returns policy sets out what can be returned and in what condition. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents before unpacking further and contact support — that evidence is what an Australia Post claim needs.
Free shipping, and how to reach it
Standard shipping is free once your order reaches A$200. If you are close, adding a second single or a bundle is usually cheaper than paying the standard rate. Browse sealed product or singles to top up before checking out — the cart shows the running subtotal.
